Another late night idea.

I lived in Chester for 5 years and I think this is one of the most beauitiful city UK. While doing research for my project I have come across arches in Grosvenor Park. I have been in this park nearly every day. I have milion photograph by those arches. This place is beautiful.

 

My idea would be same as with previous Presto arch, by using high technology and materials , glass metal, build a performing stage with underground cafe... Chester is city for tourist and this would keep the original features of the ruins but change this historical city into a bit of modern place.
