Honours Project

While still looking into my honours project ideas I looked into the area where are located my buildings.

Bank house-  majority offices, one pub shops and businesses.

Ideas? : Very posh restetaurant, realxing pub, Casine prhaps? This will be concentraed into mature working people with quite wealthy situation. The area just to live there is quite expensive so not everyone can affford it. Another plus is there is only 3min walk from the city centre of Altrincham. One mineus that 10 min is area of Hale where the hospitality industry seem to have the heart centre.


Victoria Baths- there is very strong idea in my head when it comes to Victoria baths. The area is full of halls, and student accomondations.  I was thinking of youth club with climbing wall, skatepark, skiing etc. The buidling is too old to restore it into Spa ( or it would cost a real fortune-) and because of the students around it would be good for them instead of drinking and taking drugs(thats what they do with their spare time) it could help in many ways.
